$3,000 · WANTED: Large Pet Friendly House

Making an ISO post as we have a bit of a unique situation. We are two families looking for a house with separate suites, or possibly a duplex, with a yard for our dogs. We need at least a 3 bdrm for one family and a 2 bdrm for the other. We do need separate kitchens/living spaces but will share a garage, laundry, yard, parking, etc. We get along fabulously and are currently living together in the upstairs and downstairs suites of a house 😊 We are looking for options anywhere in the okanagan. We both have school aged children so we want to find somewhere to live for the next few years or so. Flexible on price. If you're looking for amazing, responsible, long term tenants with great references, who take a lot of pride in their home, look no further! We have a great little community going and help out with each other's kids and dogs which is invaluable as I am chronically ill and have a son with special needs ❤️ We think the right landlord would find our situation desirable knowing we already coexist perfectly, so we are going to try our best to stick together!
