Hi everyone! I am looking for one female, responsible roommate to move into my room in a beautiful suite in Wilden (North Glenmore area) Kelowna. You will have one female roommate, in her 20s, very clean and mature. The vacancy is from May 1st or sooner until August 31, 2020. The suite is beautiful and spacious, and looks out onto mountain views. Wilden has many hiking/mountain biking trails surrounding the entire neighbourhood a two minute walk from your doorstep. Some highlights include: - wifi included - dog friendly (up to two dogs, no size/breed limit. must be approved by roommate and landlord) - private dog run for your use - 10 foot ceilings, spacious layout with each bedroom private from shared space. Lots of natural light. - Built under 2 years ago - washer/dryer in unit - kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher - plenty of roadside parking - Bus stop at bottom of hill (to downtown/university) - 5 mins drive to ubco; ~10 mins to downtown - room is spacious, has tons of storage space, natural light - the room is unfurnished, but if you require furnished please let me know and we can figure that out.
