Dislikes: Sudden sounds/movement. Ideal home: Jessie came to the shelter with her house mates Mikki and Tiny because their care giver developed allergies. Jessie has not had much training with hand taming so she is still timid of people. She is also overweight and will need her diet and weight monitored, but still benefits from companionship with Mikki and Tiny. Adopters who have experience caring for budgies will be prioritized.
