Food Service Supervisor

Vietnam Village Restaurant is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor. Company name: Vietnam Village Restaurant Position and Period: Food Service Supervisor, Permanent Hourly wage and working hrs: $15.00 per hour and 35~40 hrs per week (Full time) Work address: 1961 Harvey Ave, Kelowna BC V1Y6G5 Start date: As soon as possible Main duties are - Schedule the preparing and serving food staffs' activities and supervise them - Check the inventory regularly and order estimated amount of ingredients and supplies - Keep and update the records of stock, sales and wastage - Train food service staffs on their duties, hygiene and safety regulation - Supervise the food and service and ensure that they meet the quality control standards Job Requirement: - 1 and half years or higher experience in food preparation or service - Secondary (High school) graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English - Able to work on weekends and evening If you are interested in and would like to apply for this position, please feel free to send your resume to vietnamvillagehiring@gmail.com
