Bali Kiss is looking to hire for both part time and full time hours at our Cherry Lane Shopping Centre Location.

Family owned and operated Bali Kiss is a Fair Trade 'Vacation Wear' clothing store. Selling summer dresses / vacation clothing all year round. We also carry hand carved Wooden Goods ( Masks, Carvings, Wood Cats ect), Mosaic Bowls, Mirrors, Accessories, and much much more. All of our items are imported from Thailand and Bali and parts of Nepal.

We are looking for a high energy, outgoing person(s) to join our team as soon as possible. Flexible hours are offered, Experience in Retail is an asset, Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for taking a leadership role in the store to ensure that personal and store sales goals are met while maintaining customer satisfaction and store appearance.

Responsibilities:
Opening/Closing the store.
Drive personal sales.
Drive sales by being a continual resource of in the areas of sales and product knowledge.
Ensure Loss Prevention standards are met within the store
Ensure back room / stock is maintained as per company standards
Ensure new product is processed and on the sales floor within 48 hours
